The challenge
The Utrecht Municipality wanted to become more innovative facing a range of challenging problems. Therefor they wanted to improve their innovation capability and effectively implement the innovation for these problem.
The approach
In collaboration with 'De Baak' (institute for leadership & personal development), a program was developed to promote interdisciplinary collaboration and foster an entrepreneurial climate.
A design thinking track was conducted, and teams worked on use cases. 3 innovation tracks were organized with a train-the-trainer program.
