Addiction treatment North-Holland asked us to integrate marketing more effectively into their organization. It became apparent, based on interviews, that their positioning was not clearly defined.

Together with a multidisciplinary team, we mapped out the origin of the organization. After this, we took a fresh look at target groups and moments of interaction. We organized workshops with patients, employees and other institutions.
We formulated a mission and vision and created a new positioning, based on target groups. Thereby, we developed a concrete strategy.

We turned a supply-oriented organization into a demand-orientated institution. With a clear vision, mission & ‘brand’ strategy and positioning. This gave the renewed organization a head start which led to a more effective addiction treatment all round.
