Develop an umbrella vision and mission for the Foods division.
The Foods division of Unilever has a wide variety of unique brands (from Unox and Knorr, to Conimex and Calvé). We were asked to develop an umbrella vision and mission, under which all these different brands, projects and innovations could be logically placed.

Together with team leaders, we carved out all the needs of the receiving groups and brand ambassadors in addition to identifying the most important customer trends in food and nutrition.
Insights
One of the key insights was to make nutritional food more accessible. This gave us a clear direction for designing our vision and mission, together with an actionable plan around activities and innovations that supported this direction.
Prototype
An inspiring vision and mission centered around making good food more accessible for the end consumer. All brought to life in an energetic and inspiring movie.
