Help us to develop a proposition making youth healthcare professionals work better together without disclosing privacy sensitive information.
1. Define
In the Netherlands, many different parties are involved in youth care making it uneasy to paint a complete picture. Our challenge was to make professionals work better together to eventually give each child the best possible care.

2. DISCOVER
Based on interviews with all different stakeholders, we collected observations and needs. This made clear that different professionals all work on their ‘own’ job, without knowing what colleagues may be doing because of strict privacy rules. Resulting in processes that were far from streamlined.

We created ideas that gave professionals a far more complete picture. The most promising idea was designed into a prototype.

We delivered a tool that helps youth care services visualize patient files in a simple way. Color codes and pictograms can easily give a quick and better understanding of the situation, without disclosing sensitive information.
