The challenge
Within youth care in the Netherlands, it was quite a challenge to establish cooperation and create a clear picture of the situation with so many parties involved and very strict privacy laws. Therefore, a privacy secure solution was needed.
The approach
We interviewed the different stakeholders to address the needs and prototypes were created.
The most promising concept emerged as a visualization tool for youth care professionals. It simplified client files using color codes and pictograms, enabling quick understanding without compromising sensitive information.
